The whole PLS team led by founder Cath Shaw, are all passionate, determined, and committed to enhancing the mental wellbeing of education and care communities by bringing these preventative evidence-based positive living skills programs to children, educators and families. 

Learn how the program is supporting educator wellbeing, enhancing family partnerships and family resilience and how it's supporting services to meet the National Quality Standards and their organisational goals.

About the program

The evidence based Positive Living Skills Early Childhood Wellbeing Program has been supporting a growing number of early learning services around Australia since 2017.
Now the program has moved to a fully digital offering, available to purchase as a renewable subscription.

Feedback suggests that children using the program are:

  • more aware of their own feelings and the feelings of others as they develop empathy

The Positive Living Skills Wellbeing Programs have been independently reviewed and are listed in the Be You Programs Directory. They meet the minimum evidence requirements set by Be You and have been awarded a rating for evidence and implementation.
