What are my payment options?

When you purchase from us online you can check out using Paypal or via Credit/Debit Card.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All product stock like puppets, clickers and posters are sent via Aust Post and PLS obtains a tracking number and depending on Australia Post should be despatched within 3-5 Business Days. If you have not received your product after this time, please email team@positivelivingskills.com.au and we will follow up with Australia Post and advise you.

If you are puchasing a digital Program, you will receive an email after you have made payment and this will contain a link to download your purchased content. This link is valid for 30 days.

How do I purchase with a discount/coupon code?

If you have a coupon/voucher please insert your coupon code in the space provided in the cart and the discount will be applied.

How much postage will I pay?

All Positive Living Skills products that include physical components currently include standard postage to all locations within Australia. Some products are purchased as digitally accessed packages. When you purchase these digital program components they will be sent to you via email.

Why is there a User Agreement for PLS Primary School wellbeing program packages?

The Positive Living Skills programs are the intellectual property of Positive Living Skills and are subject to Licence terms and conditions which must be agreed to as part of the terms and conditions. Those wishing to purchase a PLS Primary School package must tell us where you intend to implement the PLS program lessons and resources. In addition, the materials are only licenced to the purchaser for use within that specified location.
