Having trouble signing in? Follow these troubleshooting steps:
If you have recently joined PLS and your initial password link has expired, navigate to the program log-in page and select 'forgot password'.
Enter your email address and await another email.
Follow the link provided to reset your password and log in
Unable to Sign In After Resetting Your Password? Try the following:
Clear your browser's cache.
Close the browser and reopen and restart your pc.
Return to the password reset email and click the link provided.
